Helpful and efficient staff, had brilliant stay!!!

We were offered an exceptionally comfortable and warm room even for suitcases. The location was central, just next door to the centre of the village, the bridge and most coffee shops. Spent our evenings in nearby Tanronnen Inn enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The hotel is lovely old and in a stunning location in most coffee shops. It has comfy and warm rooms with the bedroom, lovely view, as example to feel comfortable...

Consider asking for a room away from the bar area to avoid noise, especially during weekends when it can get lively.

The staff were helpful, quickly addressing any inquiries. The apartment provided a beautiful view of the town and river. The kitchen was fully stocked, great for easy meal preparation. The lack of a freezer was slightly inconvenient. Parking, although available nearby, required a short walk, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of storage space for our kids' things. The staff were attentive. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast with fresh, local ingredients. The charming location near the river was a bonus for evening walks.

WiFi connection was a bit weak at times.

Following a minor hiccup with our previous accommodation, we were welcomed like family here! The warm service, and the delicious homemade food was a highlight. Don't miss the lively quiz night-great for mingling with locals! Worth every moment!

The riverside views were absolutely breathtaking! 🌊 A perfect backdrop for our family of four, but the bedroom was a bit too hot without a window. a fantastic retreat!

Amazing place with free wi-fi in rooms, a cozy bar area, and a cute restaurant. The staff once helped me find a lost item, which I appreciated. Zoe and Kaye were excellent during my last visit. Highly recommend!

I loved staying in such a fine location where everything I wanted to see, like the enchanting Gelert The Faithful Hound Statue just a few steps away, was within a short stroll, and the cozy atmosphere in the bar area made me feel right at home while enjoying delicious meals with my dog.

The location felt cozy, and I appreciated the atmosphere in the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a digital TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was basic but verysuper clean and cozy. Breakfast was especially good, with a nice variety on offer. I struggled to find parking upon arrival, as there was no clear information provided about it. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Charming stay with soothing river sounds

We had a lovely night in a well-decorated room. The bed was super comfy and the sound of the river outside was just perfect! Bathroom was decent and the shower was a winner! Food was delish too, and the staff were so friendly, especially Kay. Just wished the Wi-Fi was better!
